you can tell the detailers are nervous and i don't blame them, if i was allowed to touch a 20 million dollar car id be nervous to
why on earth wouldn't you just wash the car first, polish and was again. All serious detailers follow this protocol.
Jay should come up to Brainerd, MN for PowerCruise 7/25-7/29. I think he would have an absolute blast.
The overall design of the F1 doesn't really do anything for me, but I do appreciate that it is a clean design devoid of flaps, gashes and fussy little details all over the place

I've deatile, polished, waxed cars in my past – and don't profess to be an expert….but why would they polish without washing to remove the surface dust, contaminants, tar, etc? Also, the taping job is horrendous at best for a $20M car. Maybe I'm being too OCD, but I wouldn't put a buffer to paint without checking the depth/ thickness of the clearcoat before. My anxiety is through the roof!

The P1 is my favorite โSupercarโ. Made as ALL Supercars should be. NO electric nannies on the car to help the driver, either you can, or canโt drive. Rowan Atkinson has one that has been wadded up twice. Is he a real driver??????โฆโฆ
