Tutorial about installing VMware ESXi v8.0.2 on Dell Optiplex 3000 Thin Client.
To run ESXi 8 on Dell Optiplex 3000 Thin Client You need to have two extra things:
1. External USB NIC with Realtek RTL8153 chipset (embeded NIC is not supported by ESXi).
2. Created ESXi 8 custom iso with native driver (OEM iso does not containt RTL8153 driver).
