Create Local or Offline Account in Windows 11 {Simple Method} Non-Microsoft Account

Not impressed with Microsoft Account sign in Windows 11? You can opt for local offline account easily! Right click on Start button – run – type netplwiz and click on ok. Click on Add in the next window. Select sign in without a Microsoft account. Select Local Account. Enter the username. Password is optional. Click on NEXT. Click on FINISH. Done! Signout and sign in to your local account!
