I have doubts about the concept of Bull Run and Alt Coin Season terminology. Just because bitcoin had a surge a few years ago, then pulled back then repeated the cycle a few years later is by no means a basis for saying another run up will happen again at all, never mind bank on it. It sort of like saying there was WW1 and then WW2 was 22 years later therefore WW 3 would happen in 1953. What is actually a. Better interpretation of the facts is the way marketing pros look at it. First, the was the early adopter phase, followed by general acceptance of the coin. This was the first run up.
