  1. Sanding aluminium wheels and then spraying paint on for chrome effect?
What about sanding in the end finer, buff, clean with ipa, tag, spray on 2k clear coat following instructions.
Thats the proper way in my opinion.✌️

  2. I do the same thing I’ll paint a vehicle and it looks beautiful and I still got like a pint of clear left and I’ll put some more clear on and then all of a sudden boom I get a massive run

  3. Did that paint on my rims, I didn't do a clear coat and should have.
I got it so smooth and did not think it needed a ckear coat.
    Was I wrong.
This paint for some reason does not stand up well against strong chemicals like some of their other paints do.
I would recommend that you do a good 2 to 3 layer clear coat over this aint if you do not want it to spoil for the slightest reason.
Without a clear coat it scuffs to a dark matt color and come chemicals like benzene just eats the crap out of it even though their matt black could withstand benzene.
But if you want a smooth silver finish this is the paint and going to redo mine with clear coat soon.

  5. Given the rims look better but far far from being chrome so l don't know why they insist on putting a chrome cap on top of the spray can other than to sell more product which to me is dishonest . So you can just as well go with a bright glossy silver and be better off. DONT BE GUILLABLE PEOPLE, CHROME IN A CAN IS NOT A THING !
