In principle, your legal may try to cancel the audit if there are material errors in the notice or if it contradicts your contractual obligations.
But I must say that we have never seen a successful audit rejection at the notice stage. We’ve seen cancellations midway, but it’s also an extremely rare event.
Have your expectations fine tuned, please, you’ll probably have to do the audit.
