Iโm only have this issue on campaign mode otherwise the game works fine. Iโve tried reinstalling my drivers, reinstalling the game, turning off antivirus still didnโt fix it.
Folks, this is a Windows 11 24H2 issue and there is no fix for it. If you are still on 23H2, DO NOT UPDATE to 24H2.

roll back to the last stable version of WIN11 Version 23H2 (OS build 22631) and then follow the above steps fixed the problem for me and turn off windows update! thank me later by subbing :PPPP

the directx crash is only on cod games for me using battlenet never had an issue with other games tho so i guess the problem is cod not our pc
