Continuing with the series about the effects of Ashwagandha. Today we will discuss the anti-stress and adaptogenic effects of this herb. Ashwagandha helps improve neuronal plasticity, regeneration, and reduce damage and death of these cells. Ashwagandha triggers the upregulation of HSP70 proteins to accomplish this effect. Let’s review.
