  1. To be fair though, the mining companies drive the fifo industry which gives thousands of regular workers a well above average salary. But yes the government is letting them get away with paying too little in tax….

  3. Its time everyone woke up were getting side lined by big corporations that can buy political parties. We need to stop political donations and stop mining companies employing ex politicians that help them pull strings with there connections. Politics should not be about money its about our country and its people there corrupt to the core money should not buy votes regardless

  6. If only Americans were not so dumb. Australian mining and export industries rely on massive amounts of investment from global participants. The US is by far the biggest investor in Australian mining organisations.

  7. This is nothing new. But none of our governments can subsidise the creation of value adding facilities to take the ire to a saleable commodity. We’re all over this. This man is saying nothing new.
