No Device Manager Disables yet
Absolutely disable all Virtualization in Windows and in BIOS
Disabling any aspect of Virtualization in BIOS or Device Manager does a ton for stability in the system, even if you don’t use Virtualization, I think the system occasionally will look for any Virtual Devices by pinging, and that can make a hitch in the system.
It seem pretty consistent, especially turning off things like HPET [High Precision Event Timer] in Device Manager (which is not really not a Virtualization feature) as it destroys your audio recording stability (gives pops and clicks, ruins sync, gives more latency in mouse and response of anything) if you use any kind of audio recording software like Cubase, or play games, HPET is bad.
What’s really bad too is Microsoft Virtual Enumerator, that will also ping your system and create a stutter randomly. That one seems pretty consistent for me, but that ping is very random.
My suggestion disable ANY Hyper-V and Virtualization features in Device Manager
Including things such as Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization Infrastructure Driver.
If you are on Windows 11, you got so many virtualization features in Device Manager, disable them all. Also, disable virtualization in BIOS, as it will enable core isolation and memory integrity and that will destroy a lot of gaming performance.
