  1. Basically what I am seeing here is a park opening with an incredible 1-2-3 punch for the extreme thrill seekers, then some other great rides like the Woodie (which may be a big surprise for all I know, but I am more a GG than a GCI guy), and some great family attractions to round it all off. One of the strongest opening lineups I have ever seen and I just have my fingers crossed that it will be open by say September next year, as on the 1st of June I am going to the USA, then end July to UK&EU, so hopefully for the flight home back to OZ mid September I can stop at Saudi Arabia then take a flight to Dubai, then they have a Dubai nonstop here for the final flight. What a way to end the trip. I am doing it that way to have the highest chance of it being open rather than at the start of the trip.
This will be my longest coaster trip ever and take the entirety of my 3 months long service leave. Can't wait (Will take a month unpaid on top to have leeway and rest time when home, but 3 months paid:))

I am actually skipping California this time as I have done it so many times, but if Qiddiya isn't open yet by the trip's tail end, I'll actually fly back from London to Orlando, hit up the Florida Parks, then a straight flight to San Fran, hire a car, drive south and do every NoCal and SoCal park on the way, then fly home nonstop from LAX (a lovely 15 hour flight LOL).

I am beginning in Texas this time which I have never done as I have always taken the non stop flight to LAX to start my US trips. I'll be doing this with a direct from Sydney to Texas, a very long flight indeed, but I am doing that then driving north through the Midwest to the top then East, and IF the new Universal has opened, I'll go south to Florida before hopping over to UK then EU (a month and a half all by car again). If not I will end it in the DC area and fly to UK from there (will do BGW/KD/SFA again). This is kind of my coaster "last" hurrah, I will be nearly 53 but in ailing health, I just want to hit the milestone 1000 (currently 728 with barely any junior coaster credits, by choice, almost all thrill coasters) then take a break from it all and settle down. Thankfully there are finally at least some great rides at home if I ever feel "the itch". But next year is going to be the most important pure coaster trip I have ever done. I had an awesome time in US in 2023 and finally getting all those amazing RMC coasters in, and honestly, I feel a good RMC and an Intamin Multi Coaster like Veloci Coaster would just round the collection out in my home country and keep me happy for years to come.
