Autonomous drone delivery has moved out of the realm of science fiction and is already taking place in deployment all around the world. And the aircraft that make these deliveries–like the ones used by Wing–have to be designed from the ground up. We visited the Wing’s workshop and labs where they dream up new aircraft, engineer them for the task of automated delivery, and have even built a wind tunnel to test custom propellers.
