🙂↕️😒🤔🤫How was his DNA confirmed, 15% of a fingerprint is not enough . Anyone can make a fingerprint and is . 15% of a finger print is not enough to convict anyone in the world. The guy does not look the same as the dude on the video. Now how much DNA is found under her nails. Those scratches could not be fresh. U must be blind to think they were fresh because they are absolutely not fresh. You can't trust the cop saying they were fresh because they were not taken immediately. Now a heavy scratch doesn't begin to heal immediately in less than 24 hours. Not the way the picture shows it. I seen the video right up really close. There is no way thats him. The other guy was fatter. Also the transactor at the police station did not translate anything the brother said period. He made up his own translations, not whar the cops asked. Generic DNA was not taken ? So why was he convicted on such DNA. Im really confused. I don't have to know the guy to know is not him on the video. Now why didn't police or the prosecution get video of two days prior to see if the guy had the same mustache? Im confused 🤔🤔 this case hurt me for the young lady. I want to see the right guy convicted and i feel the judge made a mistake or simply didn't have a care in the world to find the real killer. Instead he handed a guilty verdict on her circumstantial evidence and because this dude does not have the money. His getting convicted. Why didn't his lawyer maje him take the stand or his brother. Did he get a fair trial because the media lied about the case. Now im all about conviction for the death penalty and this case meets every standard. So why didn't they ask for the death penalty. Thats another question i cant understand.

WHY DIDN'T THEY GO ON THE TRAIL??? Or LOOK IN THE WOODS??? They would have seen that filthy F**K hanging out seeking for a victim. Just hanging around. They could have questioned anyone they had seen. That would have sent him out of there. WHERE DID THEY SEARCH???? Why didn't they check the woods. So that's what I wrestle with…. but for no reason … it's OVER!!!! SIGH…
The impact statements are heart breaking. She didn’t deserve this. I pray God is present with her family during this time of suffering, bringing them peace and healing.

He picked the wrong woman~and the wrong county! Laken fought like a warrior and Pros Sheila Ross is an absolute bad@ss. Laken sounds like an angel~such a joyful, giving truly remarkable young lady so treasured by all who knew her. While Ibarra will only ever be known for his entitlement and cowardice: he comes all the way here, enters the country illegally.. only to spend the rest of his years rotting in an American vs a Venezuelan, prison. With obviously zero regard for his own life, I guess its no wonder he had no respect for anyone else's. I pray the Lord comforts her fam, God is love +
