Friends, I recently purchased a Mantra MFP100 L1 new device, but when I tried installing it with the drivers for this model, it only worked with the L0 drivers. After installation, I noticed that the serial number displayed in the software was completely different from the one labeled on the device. That's when I realized I had been scammed. I immediately filed a complaint with Amazon, but they refused to provide a refund or replacement. Now, they have even placed restrictions on the replacement of my product. It seems like there's a gang of fraudsters active on Amazon's platform. I have lost ₹3099. Please be cautious and protect your money from such fraud.
