More Linux VR – Via PICO 4 and WiVRn
Trying some more games, as well as a different Proton version for the ones that didn’t work before.
More details and results here:
Setup:
Fedora 41 (KDE Plasma, Wayland)
PICO 4 headset, connected with USB
WiVRN to connect to the headset and emulate SteamVR.
WlxOverlay for desktops and playspace drag.
PC Spec: AMD 5600G + 6600XT + 16GB RAM + everything on a hard drive.
Tested here:
– Beat Saber with mods – (selected mods in mod manager don’t save, can’t playspace drag sideways)
– Pistol Whip – (works perfectly)
– Ragnarock – (works with Proton 7)
– Half-Life 2 VR – (still can’t find VR)
– Zenith VR – (still crashes after launch)
– Vacation Simulator – (works perfectly)
– Until You Fall – (still black screen after logo)
– Hyper Dash – (chaperone error)
– Into the Radius – (works with Proton 7, no idea what I’m doing)
– Rumble – (ignore the “Incorrect OpenXR Runtime” screen and it works)
