For RTX 20 and 30 series (maybe GTX 16 series too) you can use FSR FG mod from Nukem9, just need to use the Universal (DbgHelp) version.

I used to play this at 720p 24-30fps, at 144fps it's like candy.

No point putting it to 144fps when your refresh rate is only 60
Need to see it run with Windows 7 era midrange PC by Nvidia Fermi and 3 generation first Intel core i series (4gb RAM and 1 gb VRAM graphic card). Better thab 500 mb shared RAM consoles (PS3/x360)
