Prospecting, Exploration, and Mining. #GLOTD
Geology lesson of the day! What does a independent Prospector (Free Miner) do. And what part does he/she play in the mining process. I explain the basics while standing at my gold mine on the to of the tallest mountain in the region.

Thanks Dan.
Hey Dan,
That was a repeat explanation that you have explained previously but you may have new viewers who learned something new.
Love looking at your programs keep the good work up
Thanks
Good luck with Grizzly
So do you get profits from whoever finally mines the claim?
Love your long shows. Short ones are good but would enjoy 1 hour or more
I love ur videos so much. I wish I could go to Canada again one day.
I love prospection so much
I was watching this while cleaning my glasses and in my blurry state those large chunks of (sulphur?) looked like huge gold nuggets. If only.
Sometimes exploration companies need to cover much more ground than prospecting. And use airborne magnetic surveys. Not sure prospecting is a part of the process. More small independent claims.
Thanks for sharing!!
Great way to explain it. The big companies would never hire ppl to go out searching for Gold deposits. That why your job and the middle man's exist. It can't be easy. I would love too know the average prospectors success rate. I can't be any more then 50%.
π
I love this kind of content! More please <3 How does one even go about finding ground to prospect?
I'd like to know what kind of money you'd lease or sell the claim for?
Thanks for explaining, and thanks for that amazing view!!
You're deadly Dan…DeadlyDan!!π
I wish the big miners were left out to leave some of that gold for tlfurther generations to experience.
Almost 2 minutes is not earning my subscription retention.
