me finding out winamp open sourced but didn't really
me also finding out they gave up all at the same time 😂
Great show, keep up the great work.
Slashdot is still a thing??
I thought thinking of Winamp made me feel old. Ubuntu is 20 years old, damn. A solid nostalgia episode. I use PXE to run the pi without SDcards, they are too easily fried and need physical access. I use 8GB and 16GB cards in my old zeros
strawberry music player. easy to use and great audio quality with working eq
Winamp. It really whips the Llama's group's ass.
Barrier forever, I use it too for all my Pc's. I first started with synergy and also have an old account there, but really – I use barrier since the last years.
Lmao this episode killed me. I will always have love for the Ubuntu's Purple and Brown. I will always give Canonical for really trying new things in Linux. But with the same thing, it has also been a detriment to them as well. It's the glass half full or half empty situation.
The whole Winamp thing is stupid. They aren't making any money on Winamp and seems very stupid they don't fully open source the codebase.
