In the beginning you said it was not a bug, it was intended because Microsoft brought this new update system. But you were wrong. Could you please inform 100% before you state something? I don´t know from what source did you get this information. But it caused a lot of confusion.
Perhaps it is '"recall" prototype " test". Im done with Windows 11. Im now switching over to Linux. I do more troubleshooting than doing something productive with my Computer. Its insane and sad state what end of point Microsoft has gone.
Windows, version 11. Its insanely fatal failure as OS, its ineffective OS software. Does not matter how much money you spend on hardware, if the OS (operative system) is very bad, the computer will run very bad.
I myself, i can not trust my OS that i paid for, when I see function, settings, services, policy settings & rights. Change back to on, enable or off without my knowledge or consent, and installing apps that i un-installed earlier is without my consent or acceptance. And why install Apps or programs that I un-installed earlier? I have a reason why un-installed them from the beginning. Also installed the forced apps & programs tear down on the computer hardware specially storage (SSD) and cpu.
It's just a time question someone or company with money will do a class action lawsuit.
Windows is not anymore for Home use (private use at home). It's has to many buggs, security issues & holes and privacy aggression against home users (, gamers, families, you at home using windows)) overall.
You can also Google up how many big lawsuit Microsoft has had over the years. You can also Google up Microsoft own "forum" (community forum). The lack of real answer's towards critical concerns and problems as user or Windows OS problems its huge, it's mind boggling Microsoft has not jet react the lost of customers and companies as customers. It will happened, and it will happened probably pretty soon , 1-2 years, if they Really dont improve very thing with there own product (windows OS).
Performance, effectivenes, and performances effectivenes its not good, its far behind Mqc, Linux and other OS (operative system (OS)) in performance,effectivenes or both combined. Its mind boggling what a disgrace its is and the Lack of Respect towards we people and other companies, infrastructure state institutions (Healthcare, government etc) have not react of the insane bad product delivery end state from Microsoft, we SHOULD DEMAND VERY ALOT MORE!

I can not support a company that are that bad as Microsoft. Its very sad , I looked forward before l, to use Microsoft new OS, Windows 11. But I strongly regret that now, after the 2-3 years from the release date. And it is stile unstable, unomptized software and extremely unpredictable, is unsable for a normal working person.
I saw that explanation earlier today and I have my doubts. When you select delete, the system spends a lot of time purging that empty folder. I wonder why.
