I use ping and bash a lot. man.. I forget everything. I even use dd. ls, uname, cat, a lot too. xkill, apt. yeah sometimes not everything behaves so what can be easier than xkill?
I know these commands and many more. but knowing a command and being effective at using it are two very different things. If I have to search for a file in my system, I know Ill use grep, but I still need to loop up the syntax everytime.

yes, yes, man command is more sophisticated than ls and cd commands.
