1 – Create a domain environment with domain name (exam.local).
•Computer name: PDC
•IP Address: 192.168.1.X
2 – Create separate OU for each department (HR, Sales, IT)
3 – Create any no of users in each department.
4 – Create separate groups for each department and add users to the department group.
5 – Join windows 10 machine with computer name (HRPC01).
6 – Add domain group IT-Group as a Local Administrator
7 – Remove properties from This PC context menu.
8 – Disable Command Line, Control panel for HR.
9 – Disable External Storage for HR Users and exclude (one user from HR)
10 – Configure password policy must change every 60 days, minimum length 6 digits with complex password and remember last 3 password.
11 – Force account lock for 30 min after entering wrong password 5 times.
12 – Create HR URL for all HR Users on their desktop (hrapp.rev.local).
13 – Create DHCP with scope start 192.X.X.50 to 192.X.X.230 /24 – also exclude IP address 80 to 85
14 – Reserve IP 192..X.100 for the windows client machine.
15 – Using DNS create a load balancing for (www.exam.local) on two IP Addresses 192.X.X.8 and 192.X.X.9.
16 – Create a MAP drive for all users with name (Public) with create edit, delete permissions for all users with disk quota 2 G.
17 – Create shared folder for HR department with shared name (HR) and HR Group can create, edit but can’t delete.
18 – Create a MAP network drive for HR department users with the previous shared folder that has a letter (H).
19 – Users can’t add any media or executable files.
20 – Configure DHCP failover on windows server core.
21 – Install Hyper-V role on Windows Server Core and create a Core VM and configure Hyper-V replica with the PDC server.
22 – Install Windows 10 for the client through WDS.
23 – Add Printer for all domain users with black and white printing only and they can use the printer from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm only.
24 – Make an Additional Domain Controller with an alternate DNS.
25 – Create a full server backup every day at 11:00 pm for the main server and the backup on the ADC.
