  1. First of all i like this style of content teatching us how to create and adapt programming. I have to questions or surgestions where i'm intrested in.

    1. 2 day strength, with strength and power work, 2 day conditioning mainly zone 2 and an optionel sport specific day.

    2. Conjugate x conditioning for warfigther, door kickers and overall heavy physical demanding Jobs, what would you change in exercise selection and prioritizing strength, conditioning, speed or power .
