Peladn sure makes a well-built mini PC. The Peladn WO4 features the Intel Core Ultra 7 with 16 cores and 22 threads… plenty of cores for VMs, if you ask me. It’s also loaded with the latest ports and features (USB 4, etc.) Here are the specs:

Intel Core Ultra 7 155H
16 Cores and 22 Threads
USB 4.0 and Dual LAN 2.5G
Wi-Fi 6.0 and Bluetooth 5.2
Pre-installed Windows 11 Pro
Magnetic Cover

Check out the video for all the benchmarks. Does this beat the Ryzen parts?

  1. Logan, think of it like overclocking some shitty Athlon from the early 2000s with a square heatsink and a turned square fan like a diamond in a frame — you take the magnetic cover off and rest a 120mm or 140mm fan on top of it turned like a diamond. The heat is in such a compact area, you will see a performance gain either way as an intake or exhaust. 05:12

  2. I noticed in your cyberpunk testing there was a very low amount of GPU memory allocated on the Intel chip only 128 MB on the AMD chip almost 2 gigs Maybe if you retested and allocated a little bit more you would get even better results

  3. Considering Intel has still refused to give us batch numbers for which chips are affected by oxidation and many are still reporting getting rejected RMAs for their obviously defective 13th and 14th gen chips the Ryzen chips could be only half as fast and I'd still take them over the Intel as I honestly do not trust Intel at this point tobuild a relaible long lasting product and if I'm spending that kind of cash I expect it to last.
