There is one insider preview build of windows 10 its build 21390 and it has windows 11 icons , animations (for minimizing and making it fullscreen its windows 10 one not the windows 11 one) , the bold font from windows 11 these are the ones that i KNOW there might be more

The thing is that Windows 11, when it released in 2021, it was just reskinned Windows 10 (there was literally a key in the registry that said it was Windows 10), so making this modification, was probably stil hard to make, but it isn't impossible
this is what windows 11 should've been, windows 11 should've never came out in the first place.

Why not just install WIndows 10? That way the iso is a lot smaller and a million times less bugs lol
