Fix “Error: 0x8007019e The Windows Subsystem for Linux has not been enabled” for Ubuntu

“Error: 0x8007019e The Windows Subsystem for Linux has not been enabled” occurs due to the feature “Windows Subsystem for Linux” is turned OFF in the Windows Features directory.
This method works for any Linux Distribution such as Ubuntu, Debian, Linux Mint, Kali Linux, Open Suse, etc..
Just turn ON the feature mentioned while making sure ‘Virtual Machine Platform’ is turned ON.
