  1. Who will be so stupid to install Windows Programm on you Mac wich is still based on modefied DOS program has bad Graphics which looks from the Stone Age and occopied a lot of storage on your max, and is still more virus attracting 🤥🤥🤥

  2. What spec Mac are you running parallels on there? Looks like an air. Have been thinking about a Mac long term but still need VS studio and so need windows for this really so parallels looks like it could solve that down the line. A friend who tried it says it always bugs you for updates and more money for more features is that correct?

  3. I feel like this is more of an ad. You should be comparing the top three or at least parallels and fusion. I felt like parallels wanted access to everything. WMfusion work better for me because I only ran my tax software and a few other things on windows everything else on my Mac.

  4. Windows tan surprisingly smooth. Rosetta 2 does the same for x86 apps. These emulation algorithms are getting too good. I wonder what rosetta 3 will bring onboard. Thanks for making these videos, Matt! Your doing great 👍🏼

  5. I'd rather get a laptop running Windows. Unlike Boot Camp, Parallel Desktop is limited in the amount of RAM it can use, thus demanding frequent SSD drive switching when I have both programs open on Windows and macOS.

  6. Did use Parallels in the past when working for a regional ISP. Had an application for work that only ran under Windows.

Now that this old man is retired I have moved to macOS/UNIX as my daily driver. Have no need to run Windows anymore.

  7. Ugh this gives me PTSD to when I did Apple Tech support and tried to help people installing bootcamp. Serious question, what’s the point of getting a Mac to install Windows on it?
