  1. Been doing unattended installs since win 2000. Back then installs took forever! Back then you couldn’t swap drives in machines without the BSOD. Nowadays you can so I just clone the image file I created. That way I have most updates, chrome and NVIDIA game ready driver already installed. ( chrome for Remote Desktop )

  2. Dumb question from a tool about a tool, does the usb have to live in that computer now or can you reuse the same usb? Like if I had 6 machines lined up, could I push it in and out, over and over deep in each machine? Or does each machine need its own usb?

  3. usually just do the set up manually so i have some time to consider my next move neat tool though i consider using this if i built more pcs than usual but usually i dont have to do a lot at one time

  4. Oh by the way, also make sure that prior any unattended installations, you have only one disk connected to the system, just in case that you have several disks in your computer and you want the install to happen only to a specifically selected single disk of them. Could make some trouble if you have some data on disks and some configuration setting makes the install to happen to wrong disk.

  5. The unattended unbloated install is 100% great, I have used it at least 2-3 times BUT MAKE SURE that you really make the installation USB stick marked with some big red shining attention stickers so that you really know that stick should not be connected to a working system while doing a reboot resulting possibly deleting the working system by mistake. It really does not warn anything at all, just have the USB stick connected and have BIOS starting from USB and there it all goes really fast…. This is also a warning about BIOS settings, always make sure the systems do not boot from USB by default even if you have some USB connected. Always make sure that prior any installation processes, you have to change BIOS settings so that the mistakes above don't have too many chances to happen.

  6. Nice! That's a nice tool. Wish I knew about it when I was troubleshooting my old salad rig and it was USB issue on the motherboard. I reinstalled windows like 6 times…

  7. Also this is the third channel I watch regularly that I’ve had to resubscribe. Something fishy going on here. Just had to resubscribe to Matt’s off-road recovery. Don’t get it! 🤷‍♂️ I wonder if making a non approved comment is getting me the boot from u tube lol. Have you noticed any drop in subscriber count Matt!

  8. I use Rufus to burn the win 11. Which allows loading on unsupported hardware setup account bypass all the screens. This one looks much more in depth. Thanks. Always like finding a new tool!!
