My older brother drove haul packs then operated drag line shovels (excavator) in Western Australia back in the 80's & 90's. He said you put a small 3 bedroom house in the bucket and it was regularly 54 degrees in the cab as the air con was useless. He loved the heat so didn't fuss him. Also the mine shift supervisor came out in a Holden ute and parked behind the haul pack tipper and the driver didn't know and reversed straight over it crushing it. LOL great memories.
