  1. Is there a way to make the desktop choices from the task icon smaller? Right now I have 7 desktops however I would like to add 2 more. Once I add an 8th, I can no longer see them all when I click the task icon – I would like to see them all when I click on task icon.

  2. How do I open a new instance of an app in a desktop without being switch to another desktop where this app is already open?

I move to Desktop 2 and want to open another excel file.

  3. I don't think this works. I added a desktop so I can work on a different project. When I open chrome – using a different profile for that specific project – it opened in Desktop 1 instead of Desktop 2.

  4. I wish there was a setting that you can click on an app so it shows on every desktop. I use multiple monitors, one for work and one for personal. I would love to have Whatsapp web, outlook and teams show the same instance between desktops in the same spot. I know some apps you can open multiple versions of, which I do when I can. But still would be a nice feature they can to this amazing thing.

  5. Unfortunately, on my work laptop I can't change background images for each desktop, only for everyone.
However, on the old Mini PC (not a laptop) it worked with Windows 11.

Could it be that the company blocked this? If so, then sadly that would be really stupid.

    Does anyone have an idea?
