it didn't go YA MUE
This error happened to me bc the folder had a password and the basic zipfile manager that windows has couldn't display the window asking for the password. Just select open with: 7zipMg or something alike, and put your password 🙂

bom, bem-vindo ao Windows. Para quem esta com o mesmo problema, basta baixar o WinRAR e selecionar (SIM, MANULAMENTE) para descompactar com o winrar…

Just install winrar
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
i did all of that and noting didn't work it was still the some error
just install 7-zip
solution: USE WINRAR
mine says "Elevated permissions are required to run DISM" what do i do ?

Got this error when i tried to extract a file the default way. Just tried extracting with Winrar and now it works, 7zip probably works aswell.
IF NOT WORKED FOR U, THAN TEST THIS:
use winrar or 7zip to extract the file. it solved the same issue to me.
