E75 Conditional Buttons

We can build “conditional” buttons, that always know the correct action to take, based on current feedback states.

Did you know that Companion doesn’t remember what button step you were on after rebooting?

Also, since equipment settings change elsewhere Companion wouldn’t know to update to the appropriate step.

For example, if you wanted to turn equipment off, but the Companion Step was still set to turn it “on”, you’d have a false step before getting back on cycle.

Instead, Conditional buttons will first look to see what state the equipment is in, before taking appropriate action.
