You won’t get the second gold medal if you throw your head down into the checkpoint before the red button after the checkpoint at the beginning. You can only get them if you go the regular way and jump down onto the slabs. Otherwise, I had the idea of not activating the second checkpoint and bridging it with a ragdoll jump so that after the button and the two cans around the corner you can respawn again at the top and continue running. But if you don’t activate the checkpoint, you won’t get all the medals at the end.
