आज के The Lallantop Show में हमने देश के तीन बड़े मुद्दों पर बात की है

Uttarkashi tunnel- The rescue teams on 28 November achieved a major breakthrough as trapped workers were rescued from the Silkyara tunnel in Uttarkashi. The laying of pipes through the rubble at Silkyara tunnel was completed after hard work of 17 days this morning. Rat-hole miners were seen stepping out of the Silkyara tunnel in Uttarkashi with their drillers. Besides, NDRF and SDRF teams were seen entering with their gear to evacuate the 41 trapped workers at the collapse site. In today’s episode we have analyzed this rescue operation and the reasons for the delay in completing it.

Manipur- The Supreme Court on 28 November issued directions for ensuring the burial or cremation of bodies lying in mortuaries in Manipur, where ethnic clashes had claimed several lives in May. During the hearing, the bench directed that last rites can be done by family members for identified and claimed bodies at any of the nine sites without any hindrance by any other parties. It said state authorities will inform the next of kin of the identified bodies, which have already been claimed, about the sites. The bench said this exercise must be carried out on or before December 4.

Bihar holiday controversy- A controversy has erupted in Bihar after the Nitish Kumar-led government released two school calendars for 2024. The BJP has accused the state government of appeasement and hurting the sentiments of Hindus, asserting that the number of Hindu festivals was reduced while holidays were increased for Muslim festivals.
According to the calendar released by the state education department, there will be no holidays on festivals like Shivratri, Janmashtami, Raksha Bandhan, Teej and Jitiya in 2024.
