The video goes through all the steps from the creation of the bootable USB flash drive with the Media Creation Tool and Rufus, to the clean installation of version 23H2, and completion of the initial setup.
🚨 Important: The Media Creation Tool is expected to be updated for version 23H2 on November 15, 2023. However, I’m outlining the steps in the video as well.
