Ventus, here. This is part four of my journey through Riku’s Story in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories.
In this chapter, Riku proceeds through the Destiny Islands and, with a little help from Naminé, conquers his fear of the darkness, embracing it fully to overpower Zexion. Ansem gains control of Riku due to this opening, but Mickey arrives just in time to fend off his possession and restore control to Riku. The next place Riku arrives at is Twilight Town where he battles his replica for the last time and meets Naminé in person, witnessing a sleeping Sora inside a stasis pod. Naminé explains what happened to Sora and Riku decides to finally face Ansem and strike him down.
