Tropical storm Philippe continues to battle dry air and wind shear in his trek across the central Atlantic. Hot on his trail is disturbance 91L likely to become Rina, perhaps before the commencement of this stream. But a particular oddity stands out for us watching what the weather looks like for the Caribbean sea. Could we see another cyclone from the same source region as Idalia back in August??
