In today’s video I am going to look at the jobs are that I have collected this week and loaded onto the sponsors Mining jobs to apply for page.
This is all about trying to help people, that are trying to help themselves. These videos are about showing you a pathway into a production mining job. How to get it and more important how to keep it, and yes that’s an issue (the problem all employers have 5.30). In today’s video we are going to have a look at the use of recruitment days/assessment centres by the employers, why they have to use them (assessment centre story at 4.00) and how to stand out on one by giving them what they want.
As always it pays to know how the system works to take advantage of it and knowing how the mine works, is the skill all the employers want in their New Starters.
