Or you could just switch to Linux 😭.
I would bet that most of the same people that hated Windows 11 when it was first released are the same ones who also hated Windows 10, 8, 7, XP, etc… And now refer to those older operating systems as the good old days. Thanks for watching!
Ppl commenting here abt how good linux is… are the people who dont have anywork to do in computer and use their computer just to watch youtube and leave nasty comments…. I knw this bcuz i have used linux and no professional app works …its good for customization only
The animation of close the windows seems to be 12FPS, it's horrible!
It makes me nauseous.
Is there a limit to how many AI pictures can be generated in Paint?
im using windows 11 disable recall , debloat uninstall some features you dont need very nice OS..whats wrong with windows 11?
There's really only one major reason to upgrade to Win11 and that will occur when they stop supporting Win10…
I only use a Windows 11 pc for gaming, everything else is Linux Mint.
Thank you for these tutorials. I learned how to use some of the picture and paint features.😀
What i heard: i have 11 more months before i should worry about upgrading.
I use Windows for gaming. Linux does all the heavy lifting. I don't see that changing.
Centered taskbar is imitating Deepin from several years ago.
2025 is going to be the year of Windows 11 for me 😊
Upgrade or not upgrade ❓This is The Question⁉
Direct storage, specifically in ratchet and clank (mainly because it’s one of the few) actually decreases fps
#1 reason – Microsoft Recall cannot spy on you because it doesn't run on Windows 10.
I just gave Windows 11 another try last month, after 2 weeks, I reverted back to Windows 10. Windows 11 has gotten better since the last time I gave it a try, I was able to customize it to look like Windows 10 but in the end, I just got tired of all the extra steps required to get things done. In my opinion, Windows 11 is not a productive nor an efficient Operating System. Its Boring and Lifeless. I'm going to keep using Windows 10 till the day it laid to rest. Hope Microsoft has Windows 12 by then.
Meh i wait until October next year to upgrade or switch to Linux. Let's wait and see what happens with Linux. I saw a bunch of cool distros that support all the software and games i like.
I built a 3900x beast in 2019 and im not eligible nor do i want to be
yo ,, people !!! It might be time! can't shy away from the harsh truth that Linux is becoming a better option over time … try it out and see for yourself
You can get used to anything, doesn't make it better. Tool bar left or centered doesn't matter. AI is going to ruin every app in the long run. People will no longer use their minds to create. They'll just be robots using Microsoft AI to do the creation. Kids should not be using AI because they don't have to think for themselves, we're going to lose potential genius's and artists to AI. I have 3 none compatible PC that run just fine with Windows 10. Bill Gates and pc manufacturers just found a way to force people to improve manufacturers profit margin. There no game changing improvement in W11.
I just hate how every new notepad, folder or whatever is in a browser-like tab. I couldn't get over this and switched back to 10
I upgraded from Win 10 to Linux Mint and i no longer have to deal with forced updates, security problems, bloatware and spying…
Hi there from France ! I'm one of your followers and fans ! Please help me if you want because I tried all methods, but I couldn't solve one situation ! What's about : I have installed "NEAT DOWNLOAD MANAGER" and of course the extension in Firefox ! I CAN NOT UNINSTALL the extension at all !!!!!!! I've asked even to Microsoft, and they gave me a solution with Revo Uninstaller Pro which I have it but…..doesn't woks ! Please, if you find a real solution, help me ! I am waiting for your answer ! Be blessed !
Strange, if Windows 11 is so good why has the uptake been roughly 35%, but 60% still hanging on Windows 10 and the 5% hanging on tooth and nail to Windows 7?
I use Linux, look at how cool I am.
All these unnecessary 'features' you just can't live without, keep making Windows the leviathan it already has become, even bigger.
I bought a new laptop. Although the last one I purchased was in 2012, I will probably do the unsupported hardware bit with Rufus on it. Linux is not really an option, As the learning curve is steep, and no Windows compatibility. Linux users seem to be like ex-smokers who now hate all smokers.
windows 10 all the way
None of the features you mentioned are of interest me. I had enough trouble learning Windows 10. Personally, I think that Windows XP was the best version that they created. Plus the search worked!
EDIT: I started with Windows 3.1 I've been with Microsoft for a while. I might look into some of the operating systems that are mentioned in the comments.
I want to put the task bar down the side.
I have wide screen monitor so I want to put the task bar down the side which is goo din Win10.
The upgrade is free cause you upgrade from an OS to a spyware
All of those things you listed are my 12 reasons why I’m switching to Linux
Upgrading to Windows 11 for me involves buying a new PC & buying Windows. That's too expensive. The apps are more important that the OS and that's the mistake MS make.
I have a Threadripper 2950x and Windows 11 deems my computer incompatible with Windows 11, that is BS my Threadripper has enough horsepower for anything.
I would upgrade, but I already struggle to run some legacy software I use every day on Win 10. Haven't a hope with 11. I get it, we're supposed to move with the times, but the times seem to include paying every year for your software and not being able to play old games you love (and paid for!).
Would if I could. MS has deemed my computer obsolete.
I don't bet that at all Brett. Microsoft has handled this release in a fundamentally different way than their old OSs. Windows 10 is a better operating system. It has more, and better features. It doesn't have "AI at every level of the OS," as stated as an
MS goal. Too bad I guess. And in windows 10 you can chose your default apps – easily. You can also move the taskbar. And, it's still possible to avoid edge forced integration in Windows 10. I've been an avid windows user since Window 3.1. Windows 11 is fundamentally different from a different and worse kind of company.
Most of your "reasons to upgrade" are my reasons NOT to upgrade 🙂
Like the forced AI integration, the need to install 3rd party apps to get the task menu back.. and a lot of options just gonne missing. Win11, in my opinion, is like having a Win10 pre-configured for stupid people, but you can't change it back – should be called "you can't do this anymore" windows xD
I made a much bigger upgrade by going to Linux Mint.
